Join us for a beautiful evening of community, singing and mind settling. Nataraj Chaitanya, advanced and expert teacher will lead us through 90 minutes of yoga through the lens of satsang, kirtan and meditation.
Saturday, May 18 & Saturday, June 1
ALL LEVELS WELCOME!
Satsang means being in Reality together; experiencing the good company of the Truth. Satsang is an ancient spiritual practice from India that gives us a chance to come together as a community to dive deeply into the rich teachings of yoga. It’s a deliberate, engaging practice where we place ourselves humbly at the feet of Wisdom itself to gain new insights and to deepen our understanding of life itself.
Satsang will begin with a short talk on a wisdom-teaching from the yogic tradition. It will be followed by kirtan (devotional, melodic call and response chanting in Sanskrit).
Satsang will conclude with meditation, an opportunity to allow the mind to move inward to experience our naturally blissful, most relaxed state.
All are welcome to attend. No experience necessary. Sign Up below!
