Looking to (finally) get started with a yoga practice?
Consider joining us each Sunday in December from 6-7:30pm for an immersive dive into the fundamentals of yoga! Your instructor, Shannon, will lead you through the postures, history, philosophy, and breathing techniques necessary to prep you to jump into a yoga class anywhere. We take a very “you do you” approach to yoga, so this course will allow you connect a little more deeply with yourself and your own personal needs in a yoga practice to set you up for success in the winter months and beyond.
Investment: $100 for entire 4-week course.
Classes will take place virtually via Zoom.
