whether you have a spouse, a room mate, a work spouse, a furry best friend (human or pet) or you live with your family- chances are you have at least one human that is YOUR human. That person that just gets you. Equally, that person might take the brunt of your bitching and frustrations some time. Take the time to show appreciation to this person. Make their favorite meal, make their bed, do the dishes, do something that will add value to their day, and show them you appreciate them.
Love the one you are with and practice gratitude for them- that is the one that is with you most and puts up with your BS :).
