#practicegratitude: day 25 and 26

Day 25- be grateful for your health. It is precious, and not permanent. Reflect on how lucky you are (if you can) walk by yourself, breathe by yourself, THINK by yourself. If you are limited in one of those areas, be grateful to even contemplate them. Life is precious and our health is everything.

Day 26- HAPPY THANKSGIVING! Enjoy friends and family and be grateful for them! They are your back bone through good times and bad. Hug them dearly, let them know how much they mean to you. Don’t let time pass without letting those in your life feel your appreciation for them. Be grateful today for your friends and family!
