Bri fell in love with yoga while training for her first marathon in college and never looked back. With consistent practice, she found a deeper sense of body awareness and connection with others that she wanted to share through teaching. In 2015, Bri completed her 200-hour yoga teacher training at a Hotbox Yoga in Philadelphia, PA. Since her training, Bri has taught her powerful style of yoga at gyms, offices, and studios in Philadelphia, Charleston, Chicago, and Indianapolis. Her classes are a blend of flow, power, and balance- and she always pairs her classes with fun, lighthearted music! As a yoga instructor, she strives to inspire students to feel challenged and strong, and her intent is for students to live mindfully on and off the mat.
