I stumbled (literally) onto the path of my yoga journey in the summer of 2010. From that very first class I was hooked. The simple action of breathing and moving simultaneously was the missing piece in my life that showed up at just the right moment. All of a sudden, stuff just felt better! I recieved my 200-hour RYT certification in the Summer of 2013 as a means of deepening my understanding of the practice. Teaching followed pretty organically soon after, and I have been loving every minute of it. In my vinyasa flow classes you can expect to center, discover, laugh, release, and love. Sure you’ll get a little sweaty, but you may just learn something about yourself along the way. I keep things fresh with great playlists, flowy sequences, and challenges right where you need them.
