Nicole came to yoga in 2012 when her life got turned upside down after loosing a parent. In an attempt to cope she decided to “handle” everything by controlling every bit of life she could. Her yoga practice was her saving grace when that ultimately (and unsurprisingly) didn’t work out. In 2015 she decided she wanted to help others experience this grounding practice and signed up for the 200hr Vinyasa Certification from Tree House Yoga Indy. She’s been teaching all body types and levels ever since! Currently working on completing her 300hr, Nicole is also certified in Restorative and Aerial yoga. She believes that yoga should be something accessible to everyone and that it should be fun. You can expect to use props and possibly have a few giggles in any of her classes. She’s excited to meet you and help you connect with your body, learn about yoga, and hopefully have a relaxing and good time while doing it!
