Hannah has practiced yoga since 2007. After her first class, she left having a sense of inner peace that she had not experienced before. The continual effects of a quieting of the mind and removal of self-doubt kept her coming back throughout the years. When not practicing yoga, Hannah can be found playing with her cat, hula hooping and enjoying the sunshine. Hannah completed her 200 hour teacher training in 2016 at Cityoga under Dave Sims, Marsha Pappas and Nikki Myers.
