Hi there fellow student and future friend! My name is Kathleen, and I’m so excited you’re here. 🙂
Initially, my practice began as a way to step outside my box and try something new. While I was certainly met with a challenging sequence, I found that yoga offered something much more profound.
Yoga has become a healing, spiritual act of worship where I’m able to offer gratitude for this human experience and honor the person I am becoming.
In my own practice, I enjoy incorporating props, modifications, and rest as a way to enhance the posture, sensation, and experience in my body.
In May 2019, I completed my e-RYT 200 at Practice Indie under the direction of Shannon Brasovan, Purvi Lippincott, and Nicole DeYoung.
As a teacher, my goal is to provide a dynamic experience where each student feels known, valued, supported, and seen. Together we’ll incorporate breath, movement, music, meditation, and mindfulness to connect more deeply to ourselves and the ancient yogic tradition
Whether you’re a seasoned practitioner or a novice, I look forward to sharing in this beautiful practice with you.
