Laura started practicing yoga when she needed an “easy” class in her schedule in college. She soon found out yoga was anything but easy and totally loved it! In addition to the new strength and flexibility she experienced, she loved the peaceful, calm feeling the practice was bringing to her life. With the desire to simply learn more about the yogic tradition, she completed 200 hour teacher training at the Yoga Studio in Broad Ripple. Inspired by the 8 limb path and all she learned there, she realized she did want to share the tradition of yoga with others!
Laura teaches a warm, vinyasa style class appropriate for any yogi. She believes that everybody can do yoga as a part of their journey to better physical and mental health! She loves taking SWIFT and hanging out at Practice Indie, traveling with her boyfriend, working on projects in their home, spoiling their pup, and drinking wine and playing games with friends and family.
