Madison found yoga (or maybe yoga found its way to her) in 2015 as she completed her degree at Ball State. She immediately fell in love with vinyasa style practice. As a former gymnast, the movement of the body comes naturally and she loves a good physical challenge. It wasn’t until a little later that she realized all the other benefits yoga can offer! She keeps returning to her mat for the mental clarity and a chance to look inward. It is her way of managing the obstacles life throws at you!
After three years of steady practice and building the foundations of yoga, she completed her RYT-200 with Shannon Brasovan and Purvi Lippincott at Practice Indie. Now she is sharing the magic of the yoga practice with others! In her classes- find the joy in non attachment; expect to sweat; and feel confident and safe in your movements. Given her love of being upside down, you may even find yourself standing on your hands!
