Purvi Lippincott

Purvi was born into a Hindu family with lineage dating back hundreds of years in India, she found herself practicing asana after being fired from her least favorite job of all time. Chanting and Sanskrit were a big part of her childhood and truly make her feel at home.

She trained with Dona Robinson and Ann Miller at All People Yoga in Indianapolis receiving her 200 RYT. Her passion for yoga continued to grow and her calling to teach led her back to the “Maatru Bhumi”, aka Mother Land, where she received her 500 RYT under Bhoomaji Chaitanya in Kerala, India.

Purvi has a deep appreciation for good tunes & heart-openers. She is a lifelong lover of dogs, elephants, people + Pranayama. Her favorite pastimes include sweaty dance parties, drinking wine, 90s Bollywood films & pretending to read while watching reruns of teeny-bopper shows on Netflix.

She enjoys interweaving her love for the physical challenge and spiritual relevance of yoga to her classes and everyday life experiences. Her favorite part about yoga is that it reminds us that even though we are all unique, we are just as much alike.
