Join certified massage therapist, Brittany Kincius, for this course designed help you self-soothe muscular, and mental, aches and pains. We are living through a very low touch time in history, and as social creatures, we feel that lack of connection. Touch is a super important part of our experience as humans, so let’s learn some ways to calm our minds and relieve some of the physical stress our muscles tend to carry.
The kickoff meeting on Sunday will include an anatomy overview and full body self massage. M-F course will provide targeted practices/tools for spot work on some of the most common areas of physical aches & pains.
